Catalent Pharma Solutions Sorter in Windsor, Canada
The Sorter role reports to the Production Supervisor.
Windsor, Ontario is one of two sites located in Canada offering softgel development and manufacturing capabilities for the Pharmaceutical and Consumer Health industries. We have a broad range of integrated formulation, manufacturing, analytical and packaging services to offer full service turnkey solutions.

The Sorter is responsible for sorting capsules for defects. In addition, the incumbent will transfer product for packaging for assembly on the packaging line.
Assemble and label boxes in accordance with product documentation; tape boxes and apply identification labels; replenish supplies as required daily; transfer packaged capsules onto skid for shipment and stage in warehouse.
Inspect capsules for defects and foreigners in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Transfer sorted capsules onto packaging line and pack as per product documentation; sanitize trays; polish capsules as required; complete all documentation as required; comply with all SOPs and GMPs.
Full-time positions to start immediately; starting rates at $ $14.92/hour
Adheres to rotating continental shift structure consisting of 6 AM -6 PM and 6 PM - 6 AM with a $0.85 night premium, switching every 2 weeks
High School Diploma required.
1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing, pharmaceutical and/or GMP facility.
Strong mathematical skills in order to compute simple calculations (adding, subtracting, multiplication, division, percent and averages).
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Possess a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
