The Project Management Intern has an exciting opportunity to learn several facets within Project Management teams in the management and successful delivery of assigned projects. Interns will have exposure to sales, operations, client services, and QA to ensure the highest level of client service. Additionally, the intern will display a high degree of independent judgment and analyses to complete the responsibilities of this position.

This internship role is critical to the end user which are our patients. Quality, safety and on-time delivery is a must to be successful in this role!

The Role

  • Plans and coordinates project scheduling and budgeting

  • Supports the project staff by facilitating project logistics for client meetings and onsite events

  • Assists in development of presentations material

  • Preparation and management of Project Plans to meet required milestones

  • Opportunities for client interactions by being point of contact for facilitating responses to questions and observations

The Candidate

In order to be eligible for an internship at Catalent, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a College or University and must have completed the Sophomore year in College

  • Must be an undergraduate working toward a related degree

  • Eligible to legally work in the United States

  • Able to work full time (40 hours/week) for a 10-12 week period during months of June, July, August
