Catalent Pharma Solutions Master Data Officer in Brussels, Belgium
The Role :
The Role will include actions on : Master data, Artwork Change version, and Compliance Management
In charge of the sku process
Deploy and manage systemic ERP update (safety stock, leadtime level, re-Order Point of sku, etc..)
Work on improvement processes to develop master data
Compliance and Change Management:
Act as a representative of supply chain in the change control committee, and secure appropriate coordination
In charge of change control closing, CAPA and deviation management
Artwork Change Version:
Coordinate the artwork change version management in collaboration with the key stakeholders (Quality, Operations, Customer service, etc…)
Coordinate and communicate phase in/phase out of version changes in collaboration with the SC, Operations, QC and QA teams
Secure the process with SC department to ensure the destruction and invoicing of version changes
Create and follow up change controls
The Candidate :
Minimum 5 years of experience in similar function (preferably in Pharmaceutical environment, GMP, regulatory)
Fluent French & English
Good knowledge of Pack Office and very good knowledge of excel, any ERP is an asset
Propose innovative ideas and develop action plans & processes
Be rigorous, organized, open minded, be a leader and a team player, eager to learn and show great capacities of adaptation to changes/people/organisation
Be proactive, problem solver, results focus
